At Zelatun we make more than two and a half million paper envelopes a day.
We are flexible, agile and dynamic, we produce small, medium or large batches. We work with all types of customers, from insurance and banking companies to the public administration, SMEs, shops or industry.
We do not distinguish between large and small customers. For Zelatun excellence is a daily challenge that extends to all projects.
We have the latest technological innovations in the sector to amplify our products’ communicative possibilities. We have a good command of digital technology, which allows us to improve the features and personalization of our products. We have worked with variable data printing for a long time and, more recently, with printing on bubble bags. Zelatun envelopes strengthen the relationship between the sender and the recipient of the message.
We manufacture envelopes of any size, format and colour, with multiple windows (on the front and back), with custom die windows or with integrated acknowledgement of receipt.
We attach great importance to the finishes of all our products, offering our customers a wide range of options, from embossing to UV varnish, as well as Hot Stamping or gloss and matte laminating.
We have our own pre-press department that supervises and corrects all jobs, providing additional support to our customers. It is here where we meet all the needs and any unforeseen events to achieve optimal production.
We hold the ISO 9001 quality standard and renew the FSC® and PEFC certificates annually, which guarantee that the raw material used at Zelatun comes from sustainably managed forests.
